During Hurricane Harvey, the Rupe’s family home was destroyed and Lily was able to give their 4 kiddos new toys to cheer them up.
Now for the past 2 years, David and Jennifer Rupe take their kids to @target and go shopping for Lily’s Toy Box. Everyone gets their own shopping cart and they fill it with the toys they feel other kids will love.
